Cancellation of your child's space at a session

We all know that children get sick and may not be able to attend the session you have paid for.  We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel a session to get a credit for the missed session.  Less than 48 hours notice and the session will be charged for in full.  This allows us to be able to plan staffing for our sessions in advance.

However if we have a waiting list for the session and fill your child's space we will of course transfer payment to another session.

Cancellation for anything other than sickness requires 7 days notice.

XP Kids operates a no refund policy, customers who cancel their booking before the 7th days notice period will receive a complete credit note, which will be placed on their XP Kids account and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.  If your child is at school, sessions on those days can not be cancelled with less than 7 days notice due to sickness.​

Credit over 6 months old will be removed.

Please be aware our policy of children returning to the setting after sickness and / or diarrhoea is the same as St Marks School and we ask you to ensure 48hrs has passed since the last episode.
